How we start our Saturday

How we start our busy Saturday of birthday parties, playing with girls, spending time together, cleaning house, working our businesses..... we walk! We normally do 2500 steps in 30 minutes but we never knew how far we went.
1 mile! REALLY, we used mapmywalk App in my hubby's phone and we can see that we have been doing 1 mile every morning.
20 minute mile.... well it is a starting point, right!?
Today we started a route instead of just walking around to get 2500 steps. This way we have a goal with a destination and a time to beat! Our goal is to get to a 10 minute mile by December. Do you think we can do it?
This will be part of our TRU3TENS goal of 10 minutes of heart pumping, body sweating exercise 3 times a day.
