Inner thigh pain during and after runs

I am NOT a runner!!! Part of my TRU3TENS is a 10 minute workout that is:
2 minute fast walk to warm up
30 seconds of sprinting
2 minutes of cool down
30 seconds of sprinting
2 minutes of cool down
30 second sprint
3 minute final cool down
This process has been proven in at least 2 studies that I have found to burn more than if I ran for 45 minutes straight. In my poor shape I would not last that long and would need a nap afterward.
Today, I am still energized .........at 3 hours later!!! Look at my results!

Unfortunately, my inner thighs started to hurt during the workout.
Before my first sprint my leg with the heel spur started to cramp so I did exercises to stretch the top of my foot and calf out.
After my first sprint my back tightened up so I did some back stretches during my cool down.
The constant pain still being felt is the inner thighs. IT started on my second cool down and I still feel it.
Do you have this pain too?
I googled and I have not been able to find out more information on why just my inner thighs are sore. I just keep finding relief for the sole muscle group. I do not want to stop the bursts.
Do you run? What do you suggest: should I rest or go again later today?
I am staying hydrated, I took some Ibuprofen to help with my heel spur that started hurting a few minutes ago and a few stretches. I will jump rope for the other 2 TRU3TENS bursts of exercise today just to be on the safe side.
Keeping you posted on what works and doesn't!!!
