I would be in awesome comedian.. Being a mom is so funny!! My first jokes would be As a mom, in my awesome experiences I will tell all moms that when you know your sweet baby has the runs, do not let them bend over while in a public bathroom. And you though cleaning projectile poop was horrible....... Competitive moms... You know who you are! Your friend complains she can't make it through one isle at the grocery store without the kids melting down. Well you get kids in the buggy and rush through 2 isles just to beat her. Proudly you comment on her facebook that you made it through 2 isles…. we know who you are because you never tell us how you did it!!!! But what is not funny is getting healthy foods down the kids mouths and keeping them happy. I searched for cereal with no high fructose corn syrup and natural floors.... Nailed it in marshmallow, loops of fruit and cinnamon squares from Aldi. They are even cheaper than the name brands! The second hardest is gluten free pasta they like! Rice pasta was a no go, now the veggie pasta that has a small amount of gluten they will eat. Half the kids will eat gluten free noodles if the noodles are covered with cheese. Here is my BIGGEST ISSUE: Lunch for kids
When your smallest kiddos only like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, corn dogs and chicken salad meals in boxes ... How do you make it healthy?

The easiest was the on pb&j. I needed to get bread, peanut butter and jelly without high fructose corn syrup, oils, and other things that your body can not digest. Name brand peanut butters have palm oil, hydrogenated old and more stuff that your body just can't process and causes intestinal issues. The key is to find a peanut butter with only peanuts and salt. Kroger has one that sells less than $2.00 a jar. Bread is now so easy to find for less than $2.00 a loaf that does not have high fructose corn syrup. Jelly is not so easy. I have only found only one brand that is free of all the stuff that is bad for the kids. Unfortunately, it is by Welch's and is always over $3.50 a jar. I still have not found a corn dog free of the hydrogenated oils but have found a gluten free brand. The cost for 12 is the same as the bad brand at 16 count! Chicken salad is another favorite that can be eaten on bread or crackers. My 7 year old loves it! Unfortunately, the store bought taste great but are horrible for her to eat. Just found a recipe to try. Pulled chicken, Greek yogurt, grapes, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I am going to try and see how she likes it.
The recipe also had cubed apples, dried cranberries, almonds and onions in it... but i think it is a bit much for a 7 year old.

Here is the shredded chicken recipe I found on www.familyfreshmeals.com
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 4 large chicken breasts)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp all purpose seasoning (such as Mrs. Dash) – if you cannot find this, you can replace with 1/2 tsp of oregano & 1/2 tsp of onion powder
Place all ingredients into your crockpot and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours. (These times are for fresh chicken. If you are using frozen, you will need to use the greater of the cooking times)
Now here is the punchline; all this worrying and planning and they want chicken nuggets from McD's!!!
Keeping you updated,
