My personal sugar addiction - FEED ME!

The hardest part of my day is 2-4 pm in the afternoon. I know I am not alone but I feel like I grow 6 feet, 300 pounds, tons of fur and incisors the size of rulers! I grumble and growl as I rummage through the fridge, cabinets, looking for anything sweet!

Hi, my name is Lin and I am a addicted to sugar. I have been addicted to sugar since I was in my teens when I would have Kellogg raisin bran with 2 tablespoons of sugar. I grew in my high school years when I would walk from my house to the local Walmart purchase a whole box of oatmeal creme pies for $1.00 and eat them all on the way back to my house. My worst memory of my addiction is when I rode the bus to high school and a very cute football player commented about his weight of 180 pounds and how he was so heavy..... we weighed the same. My second worse was when I was a senior and two freshmen asked me where "Big Boner" was (boner like the male issue).... I asked why they wanted to see her and they said that she is the fattest and ugliest girl in school. I looked them in the eyes and said your mispronouncing my last name... it's "Big Bonner" and walked away. My freshman year of college was amazing where I lost a ton of weight, made amazing friends and finally felt that I was more than my weight. Soon everything changed after 4 years of college I became pregnant and blew up to 250 pounds. From that day until today I have never been below 200 pounds and I blame my lack of exercise, poor eating habits and MY SUGAR ADDICTION.

I have downloaded on my kindle all these sugar detox books, personally spoke to women who have completely did a 30 day fast of sugar, messaged and spoke to many people who have cut out all refined sugar from their diet. They all tell me how amazing and rewarding it is and I still eat it!

WHY? It is in the house, it is in my drinks, it is fed to my kiddos, we are all ADDICTED! Coming home from church on Wednesday night we get sweet tea and chocolate cookies. Tonight I made Jello chocolate pudding and I love the ALDI marshmallow cereal.

Am I the only one who feels that it is a REAL struggle?

What successive you had with overcoming sugar addiction?

Updates to come on my struggle. #TRUVISIONCOACH
