HI! TruvisionCoach here.... Reading this blog post on Web MD makes it sound so simple right!? Oh man! I wish. Tonight I was so tired we picked up fried chicken with mac-n-cheese and mashed potatoes with rolls! A meal I should have never have fed t my pre-diabetic husband. Since the meal he has been curled up in bed with a headache, stomach ache, foot ache, face blood shot red and just feeling horrible.
I did this to him! It was my idea to stop and get chicken, it was my reluctance to cooking tonight, my ill preparedness in waiting to the last minute to prepare a meal for my family.
Have you ever felt like me tonight? Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that you settled for less than healthy for your family. What do I do tomorrow?
Tomorrow is church, which means a quick pick up of Dan and off to Church in less than an hour.
Crockpot...........??? Chicken in crockpot, rice, and some fruit.
Posting pic tomorrow after complete. Post a few of your favorite quick meals.
