"Deep within your stomach lives an ecosystem of trillons of bacteria called your gut microbiome. It is responsible for everything from extracting nutrients from food to protecting you fro foreign invaders intent on making you sick.

When "good" bacteria dominate, our GI system and immunity thrive. "Increasing evidence shows that what you feed yur gut microbiome can impact your weight" says Gerald R. Mullin, MD, an associate professor medicine in The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine's Division of Gastroenterology and author of The Gut Balance Revolution.

I will folow up in a week on how we have been doing.
