Hi there, TRUVISIONCOACH here to discuss why 10,000 steps a day. On top of the Truvision Health Challenge and prizes of competing the FitBit Challenge of 10,000 steps a day..... I feel amazing when I complete. Before I started PUSHING myself to do 10,000 steps a day; I was only doing 3,000-6,000. I am a stay at home mom, running my business from home and only heart racing activity is on Wednesdays and Sundays working at the Church. I have started this challenge of doing my TRU3TENS and it has opened my eyes to how I really needed this.

Here is me and my wonderful hubby finishing a 1 mile walk. I know that it seems like a small amount but for us it was heart pounding and hard. We maintained a conversation to make sure that we were not exerting too much since we are just starting into this routine. It was hot, but we made it!

Comment below how doing your 10,000 steps a day make you feel.
